The Use and Maintenance of Jaw Crusher

In daily operations process, jaw crusher is inevitably wear and tear, which requires us to pay more attention in the course of normal maintenance and repairs in order to reduce unnecessary losses

Jaw crusher is the first choice of primary crushing device. Jaw Crusher is mainly used for river gravel, pebbles, granite, basalt, quartz, iron ore, diabase, limestone, coal and other hard materials broken work, but most of these materials texture is very hard, so in daily operations process it is inevitably wear and tear, which requires us to pay more attention in the course of normal maintenance and repairs in order to reduce unnecessary losses.

[1] Before start work should carefully check bearing lubrication condition. All fasteners are fully tightened, checking whether metals or other debris in crushing cavity, if any should be immediately cleared.

[2] Jaw Crusher started running normally: When jaw crusher is operating normally, the material can be broken through the feed opening. Note that the broken material must be uniform to join the crushing cavity, and should avoid the side feeding to prevent sudden increase in load or unilateral mutations.

[3] When the jaw crusher works: Under normal operating conditions, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 30 ℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃, otherwise it should be immediately stopped to cool.

[4] When the jaw crusher stop: Stop feeding, and then turning off the machine. It need to wait until the crushed materials in crushing cavity are completely discharged, and then turn on the motor.

[5] Tips of jaw crusher wear-resistant materials: When jaw crusher jaw plate wear at one end, we can use the other end.
