1. Check whether there are ore or other materials blocked in the cavity, whether the width of the discharge opening is proper, check the spring safety device and the oil volume as well as oil temperature, check the water proof device.
2. Then the machine can be started after the above inspections have been done without unnormal conditions.
3. Start the oil pump to check the oil pressure. The pressure should between 78-147kPa, pressure in the cooler should be lower about 300kpa than oil pressure.
4. Then start crusher after oil pump running for 3-5 minutes. If all going well, feed materials into crusher machine after it runs 1-2 minutes without load.
5. Materials should be feed into crusher cavity evenly in case to cause overload resulting in premature wear of linear plate.
6. Notice the discharge conditions, if the discharge opening block, stop and clean quickly.
7. Operators should regularly inspect the wear situation of discharge opening, and adjust the size accordingly to ensure the need of granularity.
8. In order to keep the width of discharge opening, the adjustable ring of linear plate should be rotated in clockwise to lower its position every three days. If the above adjustment can not meet the requirement of discharge opening, it is necessary to change linear plate.
9. First stop feeding, after the rock in the cavity has been discharged out completely, stop the crusher motor.
