In March 2020, the first batch of equipment for a 2,000 t/h sand aggregate production line of an Anhui company was successfully delivered. After more than 5 months of equipment distribution, construction and installation, the crushing equipment of this production line has basically been installed! According to the specific requirements of customers, Dahua Heavy Industries organized a professional technical team to customize the entire production line according to user needs and local actual conditions. After comprehensive consideration and analysis, the following equipment is provided for users: 2 JC160 jaw crushers, 2 DHS2160 heavy-duty vibrating feeders, 4 GPY500S single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 2 HPY500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 16 YKR3060 vibrating screens.

2. JC160 jaw crusher (feeding port size: 1600*1200mm, maximum feeding size: 1020mm, discharge size: 150~300mm, production capacity: 490~1200t/h, power: 250kw)
3. GPY500S single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (maximum installed power: 315kw, maximum feed size: 560mm, discharge size: 41~83mm, production capacity: 349~983t/h)
4. HPY500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (power: 400kw, discharge size: 8~51mm, production capacity: 135~770t/h)
5. YKR3060 vibrating screen (screen size: 3~150mm, double amplitude: 7~9mm, vibration frequency: 800r/min, maximum feeding size: ≤200mm, production capacity: 150~950t/h)
The production line mainly crushes hard rock. The DHS series heavy-duty vibrating feeder coarsely screens the materials and feeds them continuously and uniformly. The materials enter the JC series jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then enter the GPY series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPY series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher are used for medium and fine crushing. Aggregates with too large granularity are returned to the cone crusher and crushed again. The crushed materials are screened and classified by the vibrating screen.
