Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province issued the document Approval of the Engineering Laboratory Construction Project in Henan Province in 2015. The 34 provincial engineering laboratory construction projects are approved, in which "Solid Waste Recycling Processing Equipment Engineering Laboratory" declared by our company was listed.
In 2009, our company built the "Building Materials Equipment Laboratory" cooperating with Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology for the technical development and test of building materials equipment as well as the personnel training. At present, depending on our technical advantages and talent strength of Henan enterprise technology center to promote the products transformation and upgrade the crushing and grinding equipment. Successively cooperation with many scientific& research institutions such as Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology and Design & Research Institute of Building Materials, form a strategic alliance, promote the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve the core talent quality. The proposed built "Solid Waste Recycling Processing Equipment Engineering Laboratory" as strong support areas of national and provincial engineering laboratory, which will establish the R&D field by purchasing advanced testing equipment, creating a solid waste recycling processing equipment R&D platform through using the digitalization, informatization, automation control technology, and improve the environmental protection, enhance the technical support ability of crushing and grinding high-end products in resources recycling industry and the research and development of intelligent control system. Comprehensively improve the enterprise’s independent innovation ability and core competitiveness.
At the same time, doing the forward-looking technology research for the resources recycling industry involved in new technologies, new processes, new areas of crushing and grinding products. Gradually achieve the machinery-electricity-hydraulic combination of crushing and grinding equipment in the resources recycling industry, forming R & D center of intelligent control system, which efforts to create a top-grade engineering laboratory in Henan province.
