Speaking from feeding aspect, check whether the granularities of the materials that need to be treated meet the requirement or not. In the process of inspection, make sure that the feeding granularity could not exceed the specified scope. Moreover, make sure the materials water content cannot too high, better not exceed 15%, otherwise, it will block the machine, and thus influencing the working efficiency. Be strictly remove the materials impurities, avoiding metal materials enter into the crushing cavity to damage the inner part. The discharging opening should keep clear in case the swelling phenomenon appeared in the caused by the blockage of discharging opening.
