1. Soak method: For some small parts, soaking them in the anti-corrosive grease to coat them with anti-corrosive film. The film thickness could be achieved through adjusting the grease temperature or viscosity.
2. Brush method: This method is suitable for the outdoor construction equipments and the special shaped products. During brushing, pay attention to no pile and no leak painting.
3. Spray method: Some large-scaled parts which are not suitable for the soak method, normally using compressive air with the pressure in 0.7Mpa to spray in clean area. The spray method makes the solvent diluting to anti-rust oil or thin film. Take complete measures to protect fire and human safety. After cleaning the surface, you can repaint.
