Cone crusher is wildly used in the industries like construction, road building, metallurgy, mining and stone quarry to crush various kinds of ore and rocks with medium and above medium hardness. In the process of operation, the following factors should be considered to enhance the production capacity and performance.
1. Regularly check and clean the place where at the bottom of discharging opening and the upside of conveyor, keeping it clean, especially preventing there are foreign matters blocking the scraper seal.
2. The conveyor size must match with the crusher's maximum processing capacity.
3. The feeding particle size distribution should be of proper proportion, the amounts of fine materials that smaller than the discharging opening size exceed 10% of the crusher's production capacity will lower the machine production capacity, increase the machine current and load.
4. The temperature of lubrication oil should not too high or too low, otherwise, it will influence the machine running.
5. The conveyor belt cannot be too tight, otherwise, the bearing will be premature worn, and the drive shaft rotation is not flexible.
