In the process of flotation, the coarse granularity (larger than 0.1mm) will lower the recovery rate.
When select the coarse granularity, the peeling force of mineral particles increase because of heavy weight, the operator should:
1. Use adequate and effective collecting agent;
2. Enhance the air inflation of ore pulp, creating bigger bubble, and increase the microvesicle volume that separate out from water;
3. The mixing intensity of pulp must be properly;
4. Increase the pulp density properly;
5. Scrape the bubble should be stable and fast.
