The main materials in quarry yard is stone, the stone production line contains:
1. In stone production line, the materials, like granite and basalt with the hardness less than 320Mpa, are suitable for the secondary crushing process. The main equipments are vibrating feeder – jaw crusher (first crushing) – Stone crusher (secondary crushing, normally impact crusher, hammer crusher, vertical impact crusher) – vibrating screen – finished stone.
2. When the materials hardness less than 150Mpa, the products can be crushed once. The main equipments are vibrating feeder – high efficiency complex crusher (two-in-one crusher, the massive blocks of materials can be crushed once to get the optimal granularity through unique design, normally is hammer crusher) – vibrating screen – finished stone.
