In May, the temperature gradually rises, and most of the country's temperature is basically around 30 ℃. Cone crushers generally work in open air environment, which is susceptible to the weather, high or low temperature, and the rainy season. The engine, hydraulic system, circuit, etc. of the crushing machinery in the equipment have certain hazards. Working at high temperature for a long time will cause the performance of the equipment lubrication system to deteriorate, the oil is easy to deteriorate, and the transmission systems such as the chassis are easy to wear. At the same time, it will affect the appearance of the paint layer, brake system, clutch, throttle control system and metal structure.

Under normal oil temperature, the hydraulic oil of the crusher has various performances. Excessive oil temperature will cause many adverse effects on the hydraulic system, such as reduced viscosity, thin lubricating oil film and easy to be damaged, poor lubrication performance, low volumetric efficiency of the crusher, increased mechanical wear, accelerated aging of the rubber seal ring of the crusher, sealing The performance is reduced accordingly. Therefore, in use, the crusher should control the system oil temperature to maintain a normal range. For this purpose, the following should be done

1. Clean the system regularly. The lubricating oil of the cone crusher is generally changed every three months. During the replacement, attention should be paid to the cleaning of each part of the lubrication system machine to ensure its cleanliness. On the other hand, the cooling device should be cleaned regularly to keep it in good working condition.

2. Check whether the lubricating oil is invalid (the normal lubricating oil life cycle should be replaced after the equipment runs for 2000h), and check and analyze the content and viscosity index of Cu, Fe, moisture and dust in the oil. If the content of Cu and Fe in the oil exceeds the standard, it means that there is abnormal wear in the equipment; if the moisture and dust in the oil exceed the standard, the cause of oil influent and dust should be found; if the lubricating oil is dirty or invalid, the lubricating oil should be replaced in time.

3. Keep the oil volume normal. In production, attention should be paid to check whether there is oil leakage in the lubrication system of the cone crusher, to maintain the normal amount of oil in the oil tank, so that the system has enough oil for circulating cooling.

4. Improve the cooling device. Effective cooling can reduce the increase in oil temperature. Based on the experience, the operator can only decide whether to turn on the heater or turn on the cooling water based on seasons and climate changes. Therefore, a resistance probe is installed on the temperature control system of the cone crusher, and the oil temperature signal is transmitted to the artificial intelligence regulator. When the oil temperature of the cone crusher is high, timely cooling has been ensured.

5. Check the contact between the bowl-shaped tile surface and the main shaft body. It is found that the contact area of the spherical tile is large and the contact is not good. Due to the long service life of the main shaft body, the outer spherical surface wears seriously, and has been ground to the lower spherical non-contact surface step, resulting in the contact of the inner body non-contact ball mill and the bowl-shaped tile, and the oil temperature rises. The main shaft should be replaced immediately, and the bowl-shaped tile should be scraped; the inner edge of the bowl-shaped tile should be processed to ensure that it does not come into contact with the ball mill of the main body of the main shaft, and the bowl-shaped tile should be scraped.

6. Operate the equipment correctly. When the cone crusher is working at a temperature higher than 30 ° C at the crushing site, the continuous operation time of the equipment should not be too long, especially when the equipment components fail or the machine is overloaded, the system should be unloaded in time to avoid causing lubricating oil temperature rise high.
