1. Completely check before starting. For the first used cone crusher, turning the crusher 2-3r by crane to avoid crash accident.
2. Check whether there are ores or iron blocks inside crushing cavity, ensuring staring the machine under no load condition.
3. Check the width of discharging opening. Adjust it if do not reach the requirement.
4. Check the oil level and temperature. It is prohibit to start the machine when the oil temperature lower than 20℃.
5. Feed materials evenly, the granularity should less than 80% of the feed opening.
6. Regularly check the liner plate wear situation and the fastening of each part. If found loose, fall off or severe wear, fasten or replace.
7. If the room temperature lower than 0℃, drain the water inside cooling pipe, in case to frozen the pipe.
