PFCK Series Reversible Impact Hammer Crushers are a new type of crushers self-developed by our company.
Product Features
1.Adoption of greater rotor, short hinge pin, combined type of hammer and synchronous control device.
2. In addition, a wear-resistant toothed plate was mounted to the feeding entrance to enhance the strike force and service life of wearing parts.
3.The joint of hammer is equipped with stiffener and the hammer ‘s striking side is widened, which greatly increase its strength, firmness, service life as well as safety.
4.The lubrication for bearings is directly provided by hydraulic pressure station instead of manual supply, which lowers the labor intensity of workers.
Working Principle
The materials are fed into the machine and are struck by the hammer which is moving at high speed and are thrown to the adjustable wear-resistance toothed plate on the entrance of crusher for the first crushing. The crushed materials with the same granularity are fed evenly into the main crushing chamber for the second crushing. The particles that are crushed uniformly are rushed to the internal saw tooth lining plate of impact chamber, then rebound upward and are crushed again by the hammer. At the same time, the materials are crushed under the interaction of striking with each other. The above process will proceed repeatedly, and finally the materials will be discharged from the outlet.
