Feeding: The material is placed on the vibrating feeder by the excavator or the silo, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the coarse crusher;
Crushing: the jaw crusher and impact crusher are responsible for the coarse crushing and medium crushing operation, and there is a conveyor in the middle to transport materials back and forth;
Screening: The vibrating screen is responsible for screening and controlling the particle size of the finished product. If the stone does not meet the size of the screen, it will return to the crushing process.
Limestone sand making production line
Sand making: Part of the crushed limestone are sent directly to the material pile as finished products, while the other part is crushed and made by the sand making machine.
Screening: The vibrating screen is responsible for distinguishing the finished products of different sizes, and then the unqualified sand is returned to sand making again, and the qualified sand is transported to the sand washing stage by the conveyor;
Sand washing: The sand washing machine is responsible for removing the doping impurities in the finished products, improving the quality of sand, reducing the content of mud and stone powder, etc.
Limestone grinding production line
Grinding: If the limestone particle size does not meet ≤30mm, it needs to be broken first, and then through the elevator into the grinding equipment, by the grinding roller for continuous grinding.
Powder selection: The material after grinding is sorted by the powder separator under the action of wind, and the finished powder meeting the requirements is selected and collected by the cyclone collector for temporary storage.
