The working principle of the jaw crusher is based on the crushing action of the jaw plate. The jaw crusher consists of two jaw plates, namely a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. The movable jaw plate is connected with the eccentric shaft through the connecting rod, and the eccentric shaft rotates to make the movable jaw plate produce periodic reciprocating motion, and the stone to be broken enters the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher through the feed opening. With the reciprocating movement of the moving jaw plate, the movement is clamped between the jaw plates and is subjected to pressure. Under the extrusion of the jaw plate, the movement is gradually broken and crushed, and the broken material is discharged through the discharge opening at the bottom of the crushing chamber to complete the crushing process of the jaw crusher.
