Stone crushing production line is applied for stone crushing and sand making. It is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher/cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system and other equipment. The production line is generally 30-2000 tph, can meet different requirements of customers.
Stone crushing line process
The raw materila in the silo is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The stone after coarse crushing is sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher for secondary crushing by the belt conveyor. And then the crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening. The particle size of the material after crushing does’t satisfy the requirements are sent back to impact crusher again, and the particle size meets the requirements of the material is sent to the vibrating screen, according to the size of the vibrating screen is divided into different specifications.
