II. Fine jaw crusher structure and working principle
The structure of fine jaw crusher is similar to that of other jaw crusher, which is mainly composed of frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, elbow plate, adjusting seat and other parts.
Electrical motor drives the belt wheel to make the swing jaw move following the specific track by eccentric shaft. After the materials enter into the crushing chamber, they are crushed between the two jaw plates by impacting, bending, and striking, and then discharged from the discharge opening.

The discharge particle size of jaw crusher is adjustable. The adjusting seat is suspended on the both sides of the frame with t-bolts, and there is a set of adjusting gaskets between the adjusting seat and the rear wall of the frame. Its function is to push the adjusting seat open with bolts, change the thickness of the gasket to adjust the width of the discharge port, and obtain the required product granularity.
