Processing particle size ≤800mm, through the hydraulic motor to adjust the discharge port, the range is 3-60mm. The finished product is needle-flake, grain shape is not good, need to configure shaping machine. The price is a little expensive, but the service life of wearing parts is long.

It belongs to three-stage crushing machine, the feed size ≤50mm, the working modes are “stone beat stone” and “stone beat iron”. “Stone beat stone” is suitable for above medium hardness corrosive materials, such as basalt, and “stone beat iron” is suitable for the below medium hardness rocks with small corrosive, such as limestone. The finished product is 0-5mm stone and sand, the shape is good, fineness module is adjustable, especially suitable for artificial sand and stone shaping.
