1. Check work before starting the machine
① Check carefully whether the fasteners are tighten enough, whether the wearing parts need to be replaced, whether the safety cove is complete or not.
② Adjust the clearance between striking plate and impacting plate in accordance with the materials physical properties and discharge granularity. Or you can change the rotor speed if needed.
③ Check each lubrication system and cooling system.
2. Notes in staring, stopping and running process
① Start the machine in sequence: Dust collection machine, conveyor, impact crusher, and feeder. First run the machine without materials, and then feeding materials with no abnormal situation.
② Feed the materials evenly to prevent the massive block and meter block enter into the machine.
③ Often check the lubrication system and cooling system, pay attention to the bearing bus and the motor temperature. If found the temperature higher than the specification, should set again.
④ Check the discharge granularity, whether it exceeds the specified scope.
⑤ Pay attention to the machine sealing and workshop dust collection.
⑥ Check whether the bolts on the machine are loose or not, and retighten them if needed. Do not repair or open the check door during running process.
⑦ When stop the machine, should stop feeding, and then shut down the motor until the materials inside the machine are fully crushed, following is to stop the conveyor and dust collection machine. At the same time, check the bolts, wear situation of striking plate and impacting plate.
