Which attentions need to be concerned in the process of using jaw crusher? In order to ensure the normal and continuous running and fully display the production capacity, we should pay attention to the right operation of crusher, take good maintenance and regular inspection. The improper operation or carelessness in the process of operation will cause machine fault and personal accident.
Attentions need to be concerned as follows:
1. Before starting the crusher, should firstly start the oil pump motor and cooling systems, after running 3-4 minutes, start the crusher motor until the indicator of oil pressure and oil flow shows normal.
2. If there are some abnormal sounds in the crusher, stop the machine immediately. Restart the machine after troubleshooting.
3. Unload start the machine for a while, if no problem happen start feeding with gradually increasing until full load running.
4. It must be evenly feeding and the maximum size of ore should not bigger than 0.85 times of the width of feeding opening.
5. Should pay attention to the block of feed opening in the process of operation. If the feed opening has been blocked, be sure to turn the mineral ore by use of cleek, or use special tools to take out the large blocks if needed. It is strictly prohibited to do these works with hand.
6. If there are more feeding or block in the crushing chamber, suspend feeding immediately. Restart feeding after the crushed ore are fully discharged, but the crusher do not allowed to stop running in this process.
