1. Jaw plate and machine surface is not smooth. The speed of eccentric shaft is too fast, crushed materials are not discharged in time thus causing crushing cavity block and jaw plate abrasion.
2. Material properties changed, but operators do not make prompt adjustment for crusher.
3. The angle between fixed jaw plate and swing jaw plate is too large, more than the normal range. The strength and wear resistance of jaw crusher plate aren't good enough.
Solution for the wear of jaw crusher plates
1. New plates must be fixed installed, and make sure that jaw plate and machine surface is smooth. Put a layer of good plasticity material into the surface.
2. Each batch of material into the crusher must be sampling, once the material property has changed, operators shall timely change the parameters of the crusher, and make right adjustment for new feeding material.
3. The material of jaw plate must have high hardness, wear-resistance and high anti-shock strength property.
