1. Check whether there are foreign matters including the remainder crushed materials, various tools, iron wire, and iron block etc. in the crushing cavity before start jaw crusher. If found, must take out. Otherwise, machine motor will be burnout for large load or the parts like swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate will be broken caused by iron wire and block.
2. Make sure whether the security measures have been done. Under any circumstances, the security is in the first place.
3. Check whether the bolt that fixes the machine is loose or not, the base that supports the machine is soft or not before using jaw crusher. Fasten the bolt and make measures to fix the base if found problem to ensure successfully production.
4. Check each lubrication point like baring lubrication, whether the lubrication grease is sufficient or not before using machine. As long as the machine lubrication effect is good, it can maximize the production capacity and not easy to appear problems.
