Maintenance
1. The preparation of starting the machine
(1) Check the lubrication of the bearing.
(2) Check the fastening situation of every part.
(3) Check the belt of the motor. Change the belt if it is broken. Clean the belt if it is dirty.
(4) Check the inner side of the machine. Be sure to clean the machine if there is anything inside.
(5) Check the safety equipment.
(6) Check the bolts and spacer.
2. Start
(1) Make sure all components are in good working condition after inspection before starting the machine.
(2) The impact crusher allows no-loading start.
(3) Please give notification or signal when the machine is starting.
(4) When abnormal situation is observed after starting the machine, please stop the machine immediately. After shooting all the abnormal situations, re-start the machine.
3. Usage
(1) Feed in materials when the machine is properly running.
(2) Evenly feed the material into the crushing chamber to avoid side feeding or full stock feeding and prevent single side overload caused by it.
(3) Under normal working condition, the temperature of the bearing shall not over 30 ℃，the highest temperature shall not over 70 ℃. If the temperature is over above demonstrated temperature please stop the machine immediately.
(4) Stop the machine. When all the leftover material in the crushing chamber has been taken out of the machine , then we can stop the motor of the machine.
(5) During crushing, any downtime caused by the blockage of the crushing chamber, please clean up the crushing chamber before restarting the machine.
(6) Once one side of the jaw plate is wear out, please turn the jaw plate upside down and use the other side.
(7) After the jaw crusher running a period of time, please tighten the fixing sleeve to prevent any damage caused by the loosing of the sleeve.
4. Lubrication
(1) Please timely make regular lubricant on the lubricant surface and make sure the machine runs properly and prolong the machine service life.
(2) The adoption of the lubricant varies according to the places and temperature conditions. Generally the calcium-sodium base lubricant is the most common one.
(3) The lubricant volume within the bearing shall take up 50% of its internal space. Please change the lubricant every 3 to 6 months. During lubricant replacement, please use pure gasoline or kerosene to clean the bearing.
(4) Before staring the machine, please inject lubricant between the spaces of toggle plate.
