Hammer crusher employs high speed hammer head to generate strong impact force to crusher and grind the limestone. After a long time of service, the machine will be deprived of its normal functions due to the components wearing out, distortion or damage caused by the impact force and friction of the material. The contents of the motor overhaul are:  Hammer bearing, main shaft inspection. Straighten the bending shaft and recovery the function of the locking up device. The repair of the whole of hammer plate bearing and its outer edge and replace the hammer plate. The repair, replacement and maintenance of the hammer head, bearing, bearing block, sealing device.

What are the main content of repairing rotor spindle and attentions?

Because of large shaft neck, difficulty to heat with long heating time, the temperature is not easy to control, the following five points should be noted: 

1. Don't apply large straightening force to prevent collapse in the crack point.

2. If the bending is serious, should be straightening in several times. 

3. The straighten value should large than the bending value to eliminate the rebound deformation after straightening force is removed.

4. When straightening, the applied straightening force should be stayed for a time, and use plumb to strike the shaft along the axial surface to eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation after straightening.

5. In the process of straightening, measure the bending value of shaft continuously, until reaching the standard.
