Impact crusher rotor is one of the easy worn parts, rotor wear is inevitably to stop the machine to check, which directly affect the production efficiency of impact crusher, so how to prolong the service life of the impact crusher's rotor?

1. Select the appropriate models: double row centripetal spherical roller bearing has great bearing capacity, good self-aligning performance, so this kind of bearing is fit to be the impact crusher's rotor bearing to prolong its service life.

2. Choose the wear-resistance material. It could reduce the wearing and prolong the service life by using the wear-resistant material. Luoyang Dahua impact crusher's rotor is made of the excellent forging steel, easy to install the hammer and have a stable structure. Small impact crusher's rotor is made of cast iron.   

3. Rotor balancing precision in a suitable range: because of the large quality of impact crusher rotor and plate hammer, if the plate hammer has quality error or the wrong array, it will lead to eccentric phenomenon in rotor rotates, the rotation of the bearing pressure increased, also can make the abnormal vibration of the impact crusher, also damage other parts at the same time. 4. Improve the force of the rotor bearing: The rotor bearing mainly bears the impacting load during working condition, the received load is different in rolling part. Because the bearing inner ring is rotating constantly, the received force on the contact point on rolling part changes from small to large and small. For the outer ring is different. The outer ring is relatively fixed, the largest stress point will stay on a fixed point, so when the rotor bearings inside and outside the circle is loose, it could produce small move under the impact, so as to increase the maximum stress point, and prolong the life span of the outer ring.
