The cause analysis of impact crusher blocked
1. The throughput of belt conveyors is more than the crushing capacity: When the throughput of conveyors and crushing capacity of crusher are not matched, the materials are not crushed simultaneously, and the next materials dumped into the crushing chamber rapidly, which will cause the blockage because of crushed not timely.
2. The serious wear of spare parts: This equipment is crushed mainly with hammers, and the hammer head is the spare part of the equipment, which will be worn when using for a long time. If it is not found in time, the harder material cannot be completely crushed by hammers to cause the materials does not be discharged in time, and at this time new material entered, then the material blocked.
3. The tightness of V-belt is not appropriate: The production process of equipment is that driving by v-belt transmission to sheave and crushing stone. The V-belt loose causing slipping, rotating with sheave rather than driving sheave. Material can not be crushed by normal force in the crushing chamber, which will be blocked.
4. Low voltage: Voltage instability can lead to uneven and uncontinuous feeding of sand making machine. If the feeding is uneven, when the feeding speed is large than discharging speed, the discharge opening will be blocked, and the materials can not be discharged timely. As a consequence, the continuous feeding of materials will finally cause machine blockage, seriously the machine stops by overload.
5. The improper adjustment of discharge opening: In the process of crusher production, due to the discharge speed is too slow or the discharge opening blocked, it could hinder the sand making machine discharging materials. In this way, plenty of materials are blocked inside the crushing cavity.
Measures for reducing materials blockage
Before the materials enter into the impact crusher, user should take preparation work for screening and dehydration in order to reduce the materials water content and viscosity, or adjust the size of discharge opening of impact crusher to increase the discharge opening to smoothly discharge the materials. Furthermore, should determine the crusher's parameter before usage, especially for the materials characteristic requirement, feeding proper materials according to the related requirement. If not comply with the production requirement, such as the temperature is too high or the water content is too much, could take relative process in advance to make the materials reaching or closing to the requirement. Then feed the materials into the crushing cavity. It's better to let the professional and trained technician to operate the machine to effectively reduce the material blockage.
