1.Model of rotor`s bearing
Impact crusher usually works in a bad condition, so it will intensify the wearing of bearing.
What`s more, the bearing is not only expensive but also hard to change, which may make production shut down. So we must choose the right model of the bearing. Besides, when calculate the service life of bearing, 5000-10000h is proper.
2.Balance of rotor
Impact crusher`s rotor has big weight and high speed, so the casting deviation or weight deviation after installing the plate hammer will cause a centrifugal force when rotating. The centrifugal force may make the crusher vibrate abnormally and bearing or other parts damage. So the balance test must be carried on.
3.The load-carrying capability of bearing
The main load that the bearing carries is impact load, it mainly depends on the impulse and the support flexibility, enlarge the support flexibility of bearing seat,the load of bearing will reduce. So a rubber plate should be placed between bearing seat and support rack to increase the support flexibility
4.Occlusion of bearings
The main load that Impact crusher`s rotor carries on is impact load, the inner and outer race have a biggest load when contacting the rolling element. For the inner ring, the contact point will take from a biggest load to a smallest load and recycles like this. So the inner ring bearing occlusion should be tight. As for the outer ring, the max load point is fixed, and then the bearing occlusion should be loose to prolong the service life.
