1. Keep cleanness inside cone crusher. There are plenty of powder and dust during production, so it is necessary to pay attention to the cleanness of dust, and at the same time, prevent water flow into the hydraulic oil.
2. Change hydraulic oil. Use filter when adding hydraulic oil, and ensure the cleanness of filter. Be strictly accordance with the oil level requirement.
3. Keep cleanness of hydraulic oil. Normally we suggest the customer use the same type of oil for cleaning, in case to damage the cone crusher caused by oil mixture.
4. Pay attention to the oil change time. It's better to change hydraulic oil as soon as the machine stops. It is helpful to discharge the oil and sediment, and then fill the new oil.
