If the eccentric parts of the cone crusher like the eccentric sleeve wearing out severely, it may influence the production. Hence, we need to analysis the reasons that lead to the wearing of the eccentric parts and take precaution method to stop it so that to improve the working efficiency.
1. Wearing Reasons
The slide of the eccentric part is the main reason that leads to the eccentric part wearing. The eccentric sleeve is made of spacer, stoper, eccentric sleeve and eccentric cylinder. If they are not properly repaired or installed, the eccentric part may severely wear out under such circumstance. To same extend, it may generate flaws.
2. Precautions
a. Please strictly adjust the gap between the eccentric parts. When conducted machine repairing, we can enlarge the gap between the eccentric sleeve.
b. During machine maintenance, please make sure the surface of the stoper is smooth and with even thickness.
c. Dusting the gap between the teeth of the eccentric part to make sure the stoper is even.
d. When installing the stoper, please make sure the cylinder can go into the slot smoothly.
