Cone crusher is used for fine and medium crushing various ore and rocks with widely application. Maintenance for the cone crusher should be done carefully in the later use in order to get highly effective operation.
1. Correct feed
The maximum feed size not equal to the feed openging (maximun feed size ≤85% feed opening), otherwise, it will reduce the production capacity.
2. Production capacity
It is related to the feed mode, feed size, discharge size, ore physical property , temperature and so on.
3. Replacement of concave ring
Check the tightness of new replaced concave ring after machine running 6-8 hours, and screw U bolt again.
4. Replacement of mantle
Check the tightness of new replaced mantle after machine running 6-8 hours, and tighten it if loose.
5. Gear engagement
The abrasion of plate effects the gear clearance. In order to make the gear rightly engaging each other, the spacer should be added in the base cover, which thickness is equal to the wear loss of plate.
6. Spring
Spring plays a role in protecting the crusher not to be damaged when enters into non-crushed materials. So the spring pressure should match the crushing force.
7.The external exposed rotating part should be covered.
