A case of a limestone production line with an hourly output of 200 to 250 tons-Shanxi Jincheng Limestone Crushing System
Production line introduction: Due to the soft hardness of the limestone raw material, the JC110 jaw crusher is selected for the primary crushing, and then the PFQ1320 powerful vortex impact crusher is used for the secondary crushing. The aggregate with too large particle size is returned to the impact type to be crushed again. Materials with smaller particle size enter the sand making machine-made sand through the vibrating screen, and the effect of a limestone crushing production line with an hourly output of 200 to 250 tons can be obtained. With 4 YKR2475 vibrating screens, 4 kinds of finished products with different specifications can be obtained, which meets the different production of customers specification of the demand for finished products.
Output: 200~250t/h (because the whole system requires less than 20mm or less than 200t/h, the main production is 10-20mm, and some 20-31.5mm, -10mm and some 20-31.5mm enter the sand making building).
The finished material has four specifications: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm.
