Working principle
The material is transported to the crushing equipment via a belt conveyor. Once broken, it falls onto another belt conveyor and is sent out. Any remaining material is returned to the belt conveyor above the vibrating screen through a rotary hopper before being transported to screen. Qualified materials are either sent out by a dividing hopper or by the belt conveyor under the vibrating screen, while any unqualified material is directly returned to the crusher’s crushing chamber for further processing.
