Running of roll crusher depends on abrasion grade of roller skin. Only the roller skin is in good condition,the high capacity and proper granularity can be got. So influence elements for roller skin abrasion and key problems in operation should be knew,roller skin should be checked regularly,repair and replace timely.
Working time of roller skin and technic index depend on uniformity coefficient of the ore(materials) which are distributed along the length of the roll. If the distribution is not even,the roller skin will abrasion soon,annular groove will appear on the surface of roller,the granularity will not be even. Therefore,except the single roll crusher for primary crushing,the other roll crushrs should be equiped with feeder machinery,the length of feeder should be the same with that of roller to make sure feeding evenly. At the same time,the rotation speed of feeder should be quicker 1-3 times than that of roller in order to make continuous feeding. During the running of crusher,the size of the raw material should be noticed. If the size is large,heavy impact will appear,roller skin will abrasion heavily,especially in primary crushing.
Abundant of dust will appear during running,so the closed cover should be set. Worker can check the abrasion grade of roller skin at any time.
