High Efficiency Cone Crusher Working Principles:

During cone crusher operation, the motor transmits the driving force by the conveyor and V-belt. Then the eccentric sleeve rotates by the drive of crushing driven shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The breaking cone then doing rotary inverted pendulum under the force given by eccentric shelve that makes the distance between the mantle and concave getting closer or remoter. The mineral ore inside the crushing chamber breaking when it get crushed, punched and bended.
