Check the distance between the rollers whether it meets the production requirement before starting the crusher. After adjust the distance, adjusting washer should be added between the fixed roller seat and mobile roller seat and fixed. Then check whether the tooth hits each other during machine running, if has, solving the problem by cutting the connected part by gas cutting. Check the bolt fastening and add lubrication oil into bearings before starting the machine. Do not feed material until the machine running normally.
Regularly check the discharging opening. Stop feeding material before stop the machine.
The correct operation and maintenance of jaw crusher can keep the machine running for a long time. The staff should do the following things:
1) Make regular check of each connecting bolt, especially the cubic blots that fixing tooth-shape plate to avoid loose.
2) Each shift should lubricate each bearing bush, large & small gears and special shape gear 1-2 times to make sure there exists enough lubricant in the bearing bush to reduce the over-wearing of bearing bush and gears.
3) The granularities size of the feeding material should not oversize the required size. The material should be fed in a smooth and even way in order to avoid any blockage.
4) Make regular temperature check of the bearing. The temperature of the bearing bush shall not exceed indoor temperature 25-30℃.
5) Bearing Sideway of the shift roller should be cleaned regularly. Remove the dust, scraps in order to avoid accident caused by non-crushing material falling into the jaw, which stops the movement of the roller.
6) When encounter power off, please cut off the power supply of the motor to avoid any accident caused by power recovery. Then take out the left material going to be crushed from the jaw crusher to stop the breaking of safety pin from heavy loading incurred by crusher reboot.
7) Pay attention to the working condition of the safety pin. Cut off the power supply immediately when the safety pin is broken to avoid the excessive wear of the belt pulley, which may cause bearing journal sticking.
8) Operators should strictly follow the rules of safety operation. Don not operate the machine randomly.
