Reason for uneven granularity of jaw crusher:
1. Opposite motor wiring, main driver opposite run (movable jaw clockwise rotation), or motor delta connection in Y connection.
2. The shift of jaw plate, relative to the top of the teeth.
3. After the wear of moving jaw and bearing clearance is so large that bearing outer ring relatively rotates.
4. The discharge size is smaller than specified limits.
5. The broken material hardness or toughness exceeds prescribed scope of operation instruction.
6. Work voltage is too low.
Routine inspection is very necessary for jaw crusher, if found the problem that there is uneven discharging granularity, carefully find the cause of the failure occurs in time, avoid machine shut down.
