Cone crusher is a kind of crusher, mainly crushing by moving working face between moving cone and fixed cone. Moving cone is supported on the spherical bearing, and fixed on a vertical shaft. Moving cone and vertical shaft is driven by shaft sleeve. Eccentric bushing is driven by pulley under the help of pinion shaft. The other side of the pulley is driven by motor through a triangle belt. The lower part of the vertical shaft is in eccentric sleeve, when the eccentric rotates, move mantle close to concave, ore can be crushed indirectly. In order to replace the bushing, small gear or other has worn or damaged parts, remove the shaft frame and the shaft of the steps are as follows:
1. Remove all tubing which can affect shaft frame dismantlement.
2. Remove cone crusher pulley. Avoid pulley damage in the process of the shaft frame dismantlement.
3. Remove the bolt of transmission shaft and machine frame.
4. Screw the bolt into the three holes in flange.
5. Screw the bolt little by little. If the bolts are too tight, please heat the machine frame to make the temperature of the hole is 55℃ higher than the environmental temperature.
6. Continue to screw the bolts until the machine frame is prepare from the transmission shaft.
7. Add a long pipe on the belt pulley to keep the balance of the whole parts.
8. Remove the oil collector.
9. Heat the oil slinger to 30℃ higher than the environmental temperature.
10. Add a stick between the transmission shaft and oil slinger. And put some pressure on this part.
11. If the oil slinger is loose, remove it from the shaft.
12. Remove the transmission shaft from the frame.
