PFY impact crusher consists of frame body, impact device and motor. Frame body is the foundation of the whole machine since all the components are installed on it. Frame boy has upper and lower parts. With the inner linear of the frame body installs manganese steel liner plate on the two sides of the rotor. The upper cover, left side plat and the two side plates compromise turn over type of semi-open cover, which facilitates the replacement of wearing parts. The right side linear has material feeding guide plate, beneath the frame body installed the main bearing.
Impact device composes of impact plate and hanging device. Within the impact plate installs the sawtooth-shaped liner plate made of high wearing-resistant material.
Rotor consists of main bearing, turnplate, plate hammer and plate hammer locks. The shaft is installed in the rolling bearing besides the two sides of the frame body. The rotor is made of casting structure. It connects the main shaft by locking device. Crushing Chamber is made of feeding guide plate, two stage impact plates and the ample curve room formed by the space between the feeding guide plate and the discharging opening of the second grade impact plate.
