I. Preparation before start jaw crusher
1. Check the lubrication condition, check whether there are enough grease in the joint of bearing inner toggle plate.
2. Check each fastener.
3. Check the protection device, if found unsafe, should remove the problem immediately.
4. Check whether there are crushed ore or sundries in the crushing cavity.
II. Jaw crusher start-up
1. After normal inspection of machine and transmission part, start crusher.
2. Crusher must start-up under no load.
3. Stop crusher if found abnormality.
4. The temperature change of the bearing should not exceed 3 5 °C, maximum temperature can't exceed 7 0°C, otherwise, should stop immediately, find out the reason and get rid of it.
5. Should stop feeding raw material firstly before stopping, after the crushed materials are discharged completely, shut off the motor.
6. When crusher are blocked caused by the materials, should shut off the motor immediately. Restart the machine after removing all the crushed materails.
7. If one end of the fixed jaw plate is worn-out, change the other end for usage.
III. The lubrication of jaw crusher
1. Pay more attention to the worn surface lubrication can make sure the normal working of machine and prolong its service life.
2. This machine adopts lubricating grease and should be decided according to the actual conditions, such as area, climate, etc.
3. The lubrication grease that added into bearing base should be 50%-70% of the volume. Change the grease every 3-6 months. Use clean gas or kerosene to wash roller bearing path.
4. Fill enough grease between thrust and its base before start the machine.
