1. Safety Device

2. Rotation Parts

a. Swing jaw: It is consist of swing jaw frame and swing jaw plate. The frame is made from 35# casting steel with thermal refining.
b. Bearing: Adapt double-row spherical roller bearing and has the feature of fine tune, large loading, and durable.
c. Eccentric shaft: It is made from 45# steel in the lathe with thermal refining.
d. Jaw plate: It includes swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. In order to improve the crushing effect, the plate surface with tooth that featured in high hardness, good wear-resistance and using effect.
3. Discharge Adjustable Device
It is used to adjust the discharge opening to control the discharge granularity.
4. Fixing Device
Frame is the main part of fixing device, which has two processing technology: middle carbon casting steel frame and middle carbon welding steel frame.
