Main shaft fracture is the common fault during operation, which will seriously influence the crusher normal working. So the following precaution should be applied:
1. The old abandon parts should be recycled by the operator to put them in the specified place. It is forbidden to discard the metal waste in mineral.
2. Operator should strictly comply with operation specification to avoid leaving repair tools and foreign matters into crusher.
3. Update and reform the metal detector by self technology strength to improve indicating capacity.
4. The operator should pick out the foreign matters immediately.
5. The operator report if any abnormal current or noise.
6. Check the main shaft situation by ultrasonic regularly.
7. Improve the operator's action level.
8. Prepare the spare parts of main shaft, body and key point parts.
