1. Equipped with iron separator to prevent iron passing. If the iron passing is frequently, it will break the shaft.
2. Full load production, otherwise, the particle size becomes coarse.
3. Resonable set the crushing ratio to maximum the machine's crushing effeiciency .
4. Spring pressure should not too tight. If it is too tight, the shaft will be broken. But the small pressure makes the spring bouncing frequently, so as to inflence the normal running of the machine to make the particle size become coarse.
5. Oil temperature should not be too high or too low, otherwise, it will inflence the machine running.
6. Often chang the hydraulic oil to keep it clean. Too dirty oil fasten the abrasion of gear, bowl-shape tile and shaft sleeve, even get the shaft sleeve stuck.
