The foundation bolt of impact crusher should be inspected regularly for its large vibration during operation. Often check the temperature of rolling bearing on the both ends of rotor shaft, the temperature rise of bearing can not exceed 70℃。Board hammer can be used repeatedly, and the weight tolarance is ±25kg per row for each replacement.
Start crusher should comply with the operation specification. Fill the oil into hydraulic coupling according to the technical document, and do the test run whether the oil is sufficient or not. The impcat crusher can noly feed materials until the rotor in normal running condition.
Impact crusher has many powder and dust during operation, it is necessary to inspect the dust collection effect. Check the door, board hammer bolts, and liner plate bolts are fastness and complete, the impact plate is free from crack, discharge opening has no accumulation of materials befor start the crusher.
The two stage motor should be rotated respectively to avoid trip. Check the hanging bolt of impact plate and horizontal axis are broken or drop after start the crusher. Stop the machine after running 4 hours, check all the bolts of board hammer, impact plate is broken or not, rotor has crack or not. Find problems and solve them immediately.
The rotor need rotating stably in no-load test, the vibration amplitude of machine body can not exceed 0.2mm. No load test for 8 hours for continuously running 8-24 hour. Stop the main motor only after all the crushed materials are discharged.
